Independence and non-affiliation

GoldfinchClaims and its operators are independent. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, partnered with, or operated by Goldfinch Protocol, Warbler Labs, GFI token issuers or holders, or any other subject discussed.

Submission and privacy rules

Submitters must remove sensitive personal data and material they are not permitted to share. Anonymous submission does not guarantee technical anonymity, and uploaded files may contain metadata. Moderation does not mean verification.

Evidence retention and deletion

• Unattached uploads are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours.
• Evidence attached to a pending claim is retained for up to 90 days.
• Approved evidence is retained while the claim remains published, subject to valid privacy, copyright, or removal requests.
• Rejected evidence is scheduled for deletion after 30 days; withdrawn or hidden evidence after 7 days.
• Evidence under an open dispute is held until resolution, after which the claim status controls retention.

Automated deletion retries storage failures. Audit events record identifiers, action, reason, actor type, and time without copying file contents, filenames, claim narratives, contact details, or private storage paths.

Corrections, removal, and right of reply

Named people and organizations may request a correction, annotation, removal, or opportunity to respond through the corrections and right-of-reply form.
